You already have all the tools you need to become a Totally Aware Delightfully Alive Human Being or TADAH! You only need to learn how to deploy and use them skillfully. I'll show you how.
Concentration - Burn through the constant chatter, clatter and clutter of voices, judgments and criticisms that flow through your mind and develop focus.
Clarity - Clarity comes after freeing your perceptions of the judgments and criticisms that pollute them. Seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, touching and thinking become pure acts of awareness. A cup is a cup, Is A Cup, IS A CUP!
Connection- Becoming familiar and intimate with your thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations through mindfulness meditation, helps you to establish a deep connection with yourself. Connection with yourself breaks down the walls you erect to keep others out, as you realize that all human beings, just like you, want to be happy. This realization makes you a more compassionate, caring, responsive human being.

Concentration gathers up the beams of awareness coming through your senses and focuses it into a powerful light that shines into and illuminates your being. Concentration burns through the constant chatter of automatic negative thoughts streaming through your mind and purifies it. The mind becomes still and silent.
With clarity as clear and solid as a diamond that cuts through confusion, you realize you are not your thoughts and feelings. You get the perspective of a dispassionate, curious, sometimes amused witness to the emergence and passing away of the occurrences in your internal environment by seeing through the confusion that accompanies jumbled thoughts and feelings.
Connection is the sense of Oneness and integration into what Zen practitioners call the Big Self or matrix of interdependence. Buddhists use the metaphor of the Net of Indra to explain the interconnection, interpenetration and inter-being of all things. Indra's Net extends infinitely in all directions with a jewel standing at each intersection, reflecting every other jewel, which reflects all the other reflections ad infinitum. What affects one affects all.
Larry Johanson discovered the Three Pillars of Zen by Roshi Philip Kapleau in his quest for the answers to the big ‘Why’ of his life, and to find meaning and purpose, which preoccupied him in his teens. Later, he had the extraordinary good fortune to meet Roshi Kapleau, who came to Jamaica on vacation. That meeting confirmed that he had found the Path and his teacher.
He later met Roshi Sunyana Graef, a Dharma heir to Roshi Kapleau, in 1995 when she became the teacher at the Toronto Zen center. He continues to deepen his practice under her guidance.
His mission as a corporate trainer is to give organizations and individuals the tools to transform from ordinary to extraordinary and inspire them to act.
